Harvest update // August 20th

We are well into our 10th vintage and couldn't be happier with fruit quality coming into our small Berkeley winery. Gravenstein apples are in barrel. Pears and Sauv Blanc are co-fermenting. Picpoul Blanc, Orange Muscate and Chardonnay are ticking away with beautiful aromatics. Next up, old vine Carignan for a sparkling wine project for our Spring 2023 release!
